DEPENDING on who you speak to, you might get differing views from Burnley fans.
Some will say they are right behind the manager and that everyone else should be too, others are of the view that Steve Cotterill has had enough time to end this barren run.
Personally, I'm in the former camp of Clarets fans. Not only is now not the time for drastic action or such a sweeping change, but it wouldn't serve any purpose.
You only have to look at the way the players responded to going behind against Crystal Palace on Saturday to realise that there is no shortage of togetherness at Turf Moor. Had that not been the case, it would have been easy for the players to drop their heads and think 'here we go' when Clinton Morrison scored.
I'll be honest, that was my first reaction. But after Ade Akinbiyi equalised, Burnley did everything bar score a winner in the second half.
Whether that goal will kick-start Ade for the rest of the season remains to be seen. I certainly hope so.
Now we just need Andy Gray to get a goal and see if he can rediscover his pre-injury form.
Had he not got injured then who knows what might have happened. Right now that is the turning point in our season, but maybe he would have had a lean spell, or maybe he would be well on his way to 20 goals if he hadn't got there already.
As far as that situation's concerned, it's all 'what ifs'.
But Saturday's fightback showed what the players, a lot of them experienced, have in them.
We need a win as soon as possible. And while I'm not panicking, we can't afford to wait much longer.
