BURNLEY boss Sean Dyche has called for the FA to ban players who are caught diving by video evidence.
Simulation has been a hot topic in English football for some time now and Dyche believes that not enough is being done to tackle the problem.

The Clarets manager insists he has always told his players not to dive – something he admitted at the weekend might make him ‘the greenest manager in the world’.
Dyche says the football authorities must introduce a system where any player who is shown to have dived can be banned on the strength of video evidence.
“I’m massive on retrospective banning,” he said.
“I’d ban players for diving 100 per cent, because it would disappear out of the game within months, weeks probably.
“No manager wants to lose their best players, so if you knew your best player was going to get to a retrospective ban for diving you wouldn’t want it, you wouldn’t want to lose your best players.
“There would be players in the Premier League disappearing from clubs for three games at a time or whatever every week.
“But that’s because I’m an old fashioned centre half you see.”
Burnley are one point behind 17th-placed Sunderland but Dyche says his side can only focus on their own job during the run-in.
“I think it’s been clear all the way through the season, it’s about us,” Dyche said.
“We can’t concern ourselves with everyone else, they’ll take care of their own business as they see fit.
“It’s about us and it’s about us learning and improving, which we are doing.
“Now that has to bring points of course, we’re not naive enough to think that it’s just about that, we have to get more points on the table.
“We want to be in the Premier League, we’ve earned the right to be there and we want to earn the right to be there next season.”
Clarets striker Danny Ings did not earn a first call-up to the England squad last week, despite being in contention, with Harry Kane getting the nod instead.
“We just want him to continue learning, improving and enjoying his football,” the manager said.
“I think over time he’ll be recognised as that type of player but I know the people in the England camp and I know they look at all the players.
“They monitor them all and it’s their choice when they think players are ready.”
