BLACKBURN Rovers boss Gary Bowyer is hopeful one of his seven senior players currently carrying injuries will be fit for tomorrow’s visit of Brighton & Hove Albion to Ewood Park.
Bowyer did not name the player but with Jason Lowe, Shane Duffy and Craig Conway certainly sidelined, and captain Grant Hanley, David Dunn and Josh King still on the comeback trail, it would appear he was referring to left-back Markus Olsson, who has missed Rovers’ last two matches with a tight hamstring.

Bowyer said: “We’re certainly hoping one will be back.
“He’s trained today, we’ll see if he recovers tomorrow and that he’s all right and, if so, he’ll go back into a stretched squad.”
It is a squad that will soon be boosted by the return of John O’Sullivan whose loan at Barnsley runs out after their League One clash at home to Preston North End tomorrow.
The midfielder has helped the Tykes to six wins and a draw during his month at Oakwell.
