BLACKBURN Rovers put in their best performance of the season to earn an FA Cup quarter-final replay against Liverpool at Ewood Park.
The in-form Premier League side couldn't find a way past an inspired Rovers back line and Gary Bowyer's men held on for a memorable goalless draw.
Raheem Sterling, Jordan Henderson and Daniel Sturridge all came close for Brendan Rodgers' men but Simon Eastwood stood firm to keep the scores level.
Defender Alex Baptiste had Rovers' best chance but his header from a Craig Conway corner was brilliantly saved by Simon Mignolet early in the second half.
