BLACKBURN Rovers have made two changes for this afternoon’s Championship clash with Sheffield Wednesday at Ewood Park.
Jason Steele takes his place between the posts in spite of the man-of-the-match display delivered by his deputy Simon Eastwood in last Saturday’s 1-1 draw at Middlesbrough.
Winger Craig Conway, meanwhile, comes in for his first start since October 4, with Ryan Tunnicliffe the man to make way.
Rovers, who are unbeaten in nine matches, are without Tom Cairney (ankle) and Adam Henley (back) through injury, along with Jason Lowe (foot), Josh King (back), Matt Kilgallon (knee) and Tommy Spurr (groin).
Wednesday, who are unbeaten in their last four away games, make one change with Kieran Lee replacing the suspended Jose Semedo.
Rovers: Steele, Baptiste, Hanley, Duffy, Olsson, Conway, Evans, Williamson, Marshall, Gestede, Rhodes. Subs: Eastwood, Dunn, Brown, Varney, Taylor, Songo’o, Tunnicliffe.
Wednesday: Westwood, Palmer, Loovens, Lees, Helan, Drenthe, Lee, McGugan, Maguire, May, Nuhiu. Subs: Kirkland, Mattock, Lavery, Dielna, Maghoma, Corry.
