THREE Burnley players and a former Accrington Stanley loanee have been named in Gareth Southgate's England Under 21 squad for the friendly with Portugal at Turf Moor next Thursday.
Danny Ings, Michael Keane and Nathaniel Chalobah are regulars for Southgate's Young Lions and they are part of a 22-man squad that will also travel to France for a friendly the following Monday.
Fulham goalkeeper Marcus Bettinelli has been called up for the first time. He has played 41 times for Stanley across two loan spells, in the 2012/13 season, and in the second half of last season.
So far 4,000 tickets have been sold for the Turf Moor clash, which sees England U21s back in Burnley for the first time since a 4-0 win over Latvia in June 1995.
Seats cost £10 for adults and £5 for concessions, although Burnley season ticket holders can buy tickets for half price. A family ticket for two adults and two children costs £20, while group bookings for 15 people or more cost £5 for adults and £2.50 for concessions. They must be booked in advance by contacting Adrian Bloomfield on 01282 700003.
