BLACKBURN Rovers have named a strong side for tonight’s friendly at neighbours Accrington Stanley.
Paul Robinson, new boy Alex Baptiste, Markus Olsson, Corry Evans and David Dunn all make their first appearances of the summer.
Rovers, who went away for a week of warm-weather training in Portugal after winning their opening pre-season encounter at AFC Telford United 4-0, also include captain Grant Hanley, Matt Kilgallon, Josh King, Tom Cairney, Craig Conway and Jordan Rhodes in their starting line-up.
Simon Eastwood, Adam Henley, Jason Lowe, Lee Williamson, Chris Taylor, Ben Marshall, Ruben Rochina and Leon Best are not involved.
They were part of a Rovers XI who lost a behind-closed-doors clash against Rochdale at Brockhall earlier today.
