NELSON begin their North West Counties League Premier Division campaign with a home clash against Runcorn Town.
The Admirals won Division One last season and begin their top-flight campaign with a match against one of the pre-season title favourites on Saturday August 2.
The league has released the fixtures for August with the full programme to be announced once the Evo-Stik League has confirmed its fixtures.
Also on the opening day, Bacup and Rossendale Borough, who earned a relegation reprieve last season, are at home to Glossop North End while Barnoldswick Town host West Disbury & Chorlton. Colne are on their travels at Winsford United.
AFC Darwen begin their Division One campaign on the same day with a home clash with Irlam.
The first East Lancashire derby of the season comes on Tuesday August 5 as the action begins with most clubs playing three games in the opening week.
That night, Colne host Bacup and Rossendale Borough while Barnoldswick Town are at home to Silsden and Nelson visit Squires Gate.
In Division One AFC Darwen are away at Atherton LR.
There are no league games scheduled for Saturday, August 16 due to the FA Cup Extra Preliminary Round while only division one clubs are in action on Saturday, August 30, when the FA Cup Preliminary Round takes place.
Premier Division games could still take place on that day but will not be completed until the opening FA Cup ties have taken place.
