NELSON CC legend Michael Bradley and his family created a little bit of Lancashire League history yesterday when the veteran former wicketkeeper played alongside his three sons in the game with leaders Lowerhouse.
Bradley, who turned 51 on Saturday, has recently come out of retirement to add experience to the Nelson ranks. And he has regularly been playing alongside eldest son Lewis and middle son Russell, who is like his father the Seedhill club's wicketkeeper. But the three Bradleys were joined in the first team by youngest son Elliot as they played at the Neville Gee Recruitment Ground.
However there was no dream conclusion to the day as Nelson slipped to defeat to the league leaders.
