Winger Shaun Whalley has signed a two-year deal at Accrington Stanley.
The former Chester City player joined the Reds on loan from Witton Albion back in November.
The 19-year-old is considered a top prospect by Stanley boss John Coleman, having pipped Crewe Alexandra for his services.
Stanley chief executive Rob Heys said: "It's all confirmed now and we're looking forward to seeing him develop over the next couple of years."
