Richard Palmer
RICHARD Lamb has replaced the long-serving Richard Palmer as captain of Ribblesdale League side Whalley.
Palmer, who will continue playing for the Station Road outfit, has also been voted in as the new chairman of the club.
Lamb replaces Palmer as Whalley skipper
