BURNLEY and Blackburn Rovers both started 2014 with impressive wins leaving East Lancashire’s two Championship clubs well placed in the table.
The Clarets are back in the automatic promotion places thanks to a 3-2 home victory over Huddersfield while Rovers are 10th – just two points off the top six following a fine 2-1 win at Leeds United.
