GARY Roberts will seal a permanent move to Ipswich Town in the January transfer window, believed to be worth in the region of £200,000.
Reports from Suffolk suggest a deal has been struck that will see Roberts remain at Portman Road, where he has been on loan since October.
His impressive performances for the Tractor Boys had alerted other Championship clubs, but it is understood Town manager Jim Magilton has struck a deal to keep the 19-year-old midfielder.
Roberts netted eight goals for Stanley this season before his move and has scored twice for Ipswich, against Derby and Cardiff.
