SACRED Heart missed out on the chance of going clear at the top of the Premier Division after losing 1-0 to fellow high flyers Fence.
Victory would have taken Sacred Heart three points clear of Timmy T’s Clarets who were out of action.
But victory for Fence sees them join Timmy T’s and Sacred Heart on 12 points.
In the only other Premier Division game played, Pendle Blues Athletic beat FC Intershape 3-0.
Graham Engineering Redskins Veterans continue their faultless start to the season in Division One after making it six wins out of six following a 3-1 win over promotion rivals SKK Blacko.
Blacko’s defeat saw Pendle Blues leap-frog them in to second place after the beat Barnoldswick Barons 3-1.
In Division Two, North Valley Rangers went joint top of the table thanks to a 4-0 win over AFC Veterans.
With Queen Dynamoes out of action, North Valley took advantage to join them on 16 points at the summit of the table.
AFC Union stay third following a thumping 9-3 win over Team Rabbit, a point ahead of fourth placed Real Pendle who beat Barnoldswick Barons Reserves 6-1.
