TICKETS are still available to see some of the best strongmen in the UK in action in East Lancashire next month.
The Great Harwood Gym will hold Winter Elite Strongman 2013 at Shadsworth Leisure Centre on Sunday, December 8 – a competition for elite and novice strongmen from across the country.
Graham Hicks, who has competed in the World’s Strongest Man, will be the star attraction with double Clash of the Titans winner Rob Frampton also among the 32 competitors who will be in action.
Also competing will be Tom Shaw, the brayman from Northumbria who finished second in England’s Strongest Man and also Gary Gardiner, the runner-up in the Ultimate UK Strongman in 2010.
