JAMES Beattie has been nominated for the League Two manager of the month award for October after helping Accrington Stanley off the foot of the table.
Beattie has been nominated alongside Dagenham’s Wayne Burnett, Hartlepool’s Colin Cooper and Burton’s Gary Rowett after taking eight points from five games during the month.
The winner will be announced on Friday, while the nominees for the Championship manager of the month will be announced later this week.
