FORMULA Two sidecar title winners John Holden and Andy Winkle ended their season with a respectable finish in the British Sidecar Championship on Sunday.
Holden, from Mellor Brook, and passenger Winkle recently clinched the British Formula Two Sidecar Championship.
They also competed in the last four rounds of the main British Sidecar Championship for 1000cc sidecars, rounding off their campaign at Brands Hatch.
The duo qualified in 13th place in wet conditions and then finished ninth in the first race before improving to fifth on a drying track in the second race.
Holden and Winkle are expected to compete in the British Sidecar Championship next year along with the Isle of Man TT and a European round of the World Sidecar Championship.
