ACCRINGTON Stanley came from behind to secure their first league win of the season.
The Reds trailed in the fifth minute when Marcus Bettinelli surprisingly fumbled Alex Henshall’s cross-shot into the net.
But James Gray collected Peter Murphy’s pass and fired home an angled effort in the 19th minute before Kal Naismith’s low shot beat Steve Mildenhall to put Stanley 2-1 in front on the half hour mark.
Bristol Rovers substitute Eliot Richards clipped the top of the bar late on but the Reds held on for their first win in 13 league matches this season.
