YANN Songo’o makes his Blackburn Rovers debut in tonight’s League Cup first round tie at Carlisle United after receiving international clearance in time to feature.
Songo’o partners Gael Givet in the centre of the Rovers defence, while Tom Cairney makes his first start.
Rovers make eight changes to the side that drew 1-1 at Derby on Sunday, and Morten Gamst Pedersen is not involved as he continues talks over his future.
Mauro Formica has travelled but was not named on the bench.
