FORMER Blackburn Rovers winger Dave Wagstaffe has died at the age of 70.
Known as ‘Waggy’, the popular player made 85 appearances in two spells with Rovers – between 1976 and 1978, and between 1979 and 1980.
Wagstaffe also played for Wolves, Manchester City and Blackpool. He passed away after a short illness.
