ACCRINGTON Stanley manager John Coleman has urged his side to take confidence from their first point in six games.
The Reds came from behind three times to salvage a late draw against Shrewsbury.
And Coleman was relieved to end a run of five straight league defeats with goals from Andy Todd, Phil Edwards and Robbie Williams.
"We've just stopped the rot with regard to defeats but you've got to be disappointed with drawing at home, and certainly conceding three," he said.
"We're desperate to get a win under our belts. It seems a long time since we did.
"We have to concentrate and not be scared to win.
"We've got to take heart from the fact that we've all worked hard together and got something out of a game that we did deserve to.
"we've got a point to build on and hopefully we can go on and get three next Saturday."
