THE Blackburn Combination held its annual end-of-season presentation evening at St Marks Conservative Club on Preston Old Road.
Teams and individuals were honoured for their triumphs throughout the campaign while accolades were handed out to those who have served the league with distinction over the years.
And one such person was Colin Brennan who was presented with the William Fox Memorial Trophy for his dedication and commitment to the league.
Colin has been involved with the league as a player, manager and committee man for more than 60 years and is one of a select band to have been granted life membership of the Combination.
There were long service awards to Carl Dearden, Ian Parker and Osman Sidik while Eric Lawrenson won the distinguished service award. Blackburn Combination chairman Colin Brindle presented the trophies.
