BEN Mee returns at left back following injury for this afternoon's Lancashire derby at Bloomfield Road.
The defender's inclusion against Blackpool is the only change to the starting 11 from last Saturday's home win over Bristol City.
Winger Keith Treacy is named on the bench in the absence of Fulham loanee Alex Kacaniklic.
Pool also make one change following their 1-1 draw with Nottingham Forest, with Barry Ferguson replacing the suspended Isaiah Osbourne after his sending off last weekend.
