In recent weeks I have been chuntering on about the Utilities companies and the way they carry on for a few weeks now.

Well, blow me down, pressure is being put on the government by local authorities to change the law to allow them to come down hard on these “digger uppers”.

Let’s hope it's soon.

Let David Cameron et al actually get involved with something that will assist real people rather than running around starting dodgy wars for who knows what reason.

I wonder if they will call it the ClivesWorld act?
