I'M not against folk coming here - in fact it's a good thing. And I'm not racist.
But I am fed up with the way we are constantly changing our ways, rituals, and traditions in order to appease.
At the present time I seem to live in constant fear of offending someone, of saying or doing the wrong thing, but no one seems to worry as to whether I am upset or offended, which I often am.
There is no crib outside the town hall, schools are concerned about putting on nativity plays, everybody is tiptoeing around the word Christmas.
Why?
Christmas is of our culture, we are a Christian country so why are a lot of people trying to deny it?
I have no wish to stop anybody following their religious festivals and if asked I'd like to join in.
Funnily enough I am sure that the big problem is not with those others of different faiths, but with our own stupid, liberal, woolly-headed race relations people who bend over backwards thinking of things they imagine may offend.
Well enough is enough. 'In God we Trust' is our national motto and the reason it was adopted is because this country was founded on Christian principles.
So really it comes down to this: people should, and in most cases I think they do, accept the customs of the country where they have decided they wish to live.
I suppose it's the comfort of familiarity.
