Letter: Rumpus over Halal meat at Subway
RE ‘East Lancs Twitter storm over halal subs’ – the world’s gone mad again I see. If I went to a Muslim country, then I would accept that I would be served Halal meat and take my choice of whether to eat or not, or choose an alternative.
I don’t expect this sort of choice to be forced upon me in a Christian country, unless I went into a Halal specific eatery.
