St Anne's Primary School in Edgeside, Rawtenstall was found to be "moving from strength to strength" thanks to the commitment of teachers, parents and the strong links with the local church, Ofsted said.
It was "a good school that provides good value for money". Consistently good results has put the Ashworth Road school in the top third of all schools.
