BEAUTY and holistic therapists will be able to learn their trade in Rossendale after the Valley's first private complementary and beauty therapies school opened.
The school, named apothecaryCP, offers courses at all different levels for prospective beauty therapists.
Catherine Peel, the school director, said salon owners and therapists previously had to go to Manchester for such training.
The team has 18 years of experience in beauty and complementary therapies in the UK and Europe, and teachers pride themselves on providing practical and effective follow up and support to students.
Catherine, of Beaufort Road, Weir, said: "Continual development is vital in the ever-changing world of holistic and beauty therapies and integrated health care.
"With apothecaryCP we work closely with the awarding bodies and to national standards so our students can be sure they're absolutely up to date with their subject."
ApothecaryCP will use the facilities at Repechage, based at Forest Mill, Burnley Road East, Water.
Anyone interested can call Catherine Peel on 01706 872751 or email info@apothecaryCP.co.uk.
