A RIBBLE Valley gastro-pub has launched a School of Cuisine to turn amateur cooks into kitchen wizards.
The new cookery school is being spearheaded by chefs at the Freemasons pub in Wiswell, which was recently awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand.
The School of Cuisine will be held in the Vicarage Fold pub's new kitchen on the first Monday of every month, with the exception of public holidays.
Each event will feature a special theme.
The first event takes place on March 7, with a focus on the ever-challenging soufflé.
Courses cost £100 and start at 10am until 1pm.
