PROPOSALS to demolish farm buildings in Ramsgreave and replace them with homes has been submitted to Ribble Valley Borough Council.
Mrs and Mrs J Worsley want to knock down outhouses and build four four-bedroom homes and four three-bedroom properties with garages and gardens at Broadhead Farm.
The outhouses are empty and have permission for non-agricultural use..
Agent Gary Hoerty Associates will tell the borough planning committee, chaired by Coun Terry Hill, that the houses will be built from stone and timber and have slate roofs.
