A DRIVER has denied causing the death of a Burnley and District Motorcycle Club rider.
John Kay, 57, of Gisburn Road, Blacko, pleaded not guilty to causing the death of Jeremy White by careless driving, at Burnley Crown Court.
Kay will face trial over the allegation on June 3, and he was granted unconditional bail until that date by Judge Jonathan Gibson.
Mr White, 47, a father-of-two, of Pine Street, Nelson, died after a collision on the A683 Gisburn Road, Blacko, on April 23.
The defendant was said to have been driving a tipper truck at the time.
