THE work of the late Ron Duxbury, a local artist, is on show at Darwen Library until July 13.
The exhibition will be followed by a display of drawings and paintings by David Tomlinson, many of which are for sale.
Also around the library are the 300 entries submitted to the children’s Jubilee Tower art competition.
Throughout July the display cabinets in the library foyer will feature the maquettes, drawings and inspiration behind the Heritage Sculpture Trail in Bold Venture Park, created by Marjan Wouda and Thompson Dagnall.
The trail will be launched on Saturday, July 7 at 2.30pm.
