A SCHEME for new houses in Whalley has been approved by Ribble Valley Borough Council. The council passed the plan for four three-bedroom homes in the village. Work can now start on the development in Ryddings Lane.
The proposal was submitted by Christine Grimshaw. Nearby residents were asked for their views before a decision was reached.
