DARWEN’S sixth East Rural’s Scarecrow Festival will take place on June 13 and 14 at the The Carus Centre, Queen Street, Hoddlesden.
The weekend is open to all East Rural ward residents whose scarecrows must be placed on the Memorial Green or the two grass verges in front of Eccleshill Gardens.
Entry forms available from Hoddlesden Village Store or at phase-3@outlook.com.
On Saturday it runs from 10am to 4pm and on Sunday from 11am to 4pm.
The entry fee is £5.
