Missed court
A WARRANT was issued for the arrest of Colin Cardwell, 19, of Rhyddings Street, Oswaldtwistle, when he failed to attend Bolton Magistrates’ Court to answer charges of making off without paying for petrol in Colne and Darwen, and going equipped with containers for use in connection with theft of petrol.
