Four-week curfew
DAVID Hodgeson-Smith, 29, of Melrose Avenue, Burnley, has been given a four-week curfew by Pennine magistrates after he admitted to allowing himself to be carried on a stolen Honda moped and possession of amphetamines. He was also ordered to pay £200 in compensation.
