Cars warning
CAR owners are being urged to make sure they keep their car doors and windows locked to help prevent them becoming victims of crime.
It comes as residents in the Ewood area of Blackburn said the police should make tackling the problem one of their main priorities. Patrols have been stepped up in the area.
