Plans for cafe
OFFICES and kitchen areas of the recreational hall at Ball Grove Park, in Colne, could be turned into a cafe.
A planning application for the conversion project has been submitted to Pendle Council.
The planning application will go before the borough council’s development control committee for a final decision on whether to approve the plans.
