Stan the van
ROSSENDALE Borough Council’s Stan customer-services vehicle will be at Whitworth Civic Centre (9.30am to 12.30pm) and on Wallbank Drive (1.30pm to 4pm) on Wednesday. The van is staffed by the council and Citizen’s Advice Bureau.
