A PERSISTENT beggar in Burnley has been ordered to stop asking for money. Terry Simon Richards, 35, of Castle Street, was convicted of begging by the town’s magistrates five times last year. Magistrates issued Richards a criminal behaviour order preventing him approaching people to ask for money for two years.
