A BLACKBURN barista is celebrating being ‘crema’ of the crop after making it past the first stage of Starbucks annual Barista Championship Phillip Joule, who works at the Beehive, is one of more than 50 baristas to be shortlisted for the competition, now in its third year, which received entries from over 800 baristas across the country. The final round will run across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
