HYNDBURN Council is to formally quit a joint council committee, it was announced.
The PLACE joint committee of Hyndburn, Pendle, Ribble Valley, Rossendale, Blackburn with Darwen, and Lancashire councils no longer meets but still technically exists. Notice has been given to withdraw the council’s membership.
