Decking is permitted
PAUL Carter has been granted backdated permission for raised wood-decking at the rear of his mid-terraced home on Revidge Road. Approval for the addition was granted by Blackburn with Darwen Planning and Highways Committee after two neighbours objected on grounds of loss of privacy.
