Dream home plot for sale
LAND with planning permission for a four-bedroom ‘dream’ home has gone up for sale in Sabden.
The land, at Orchard Cottage, Hollins Farm, has been given a price tag of £350,000 by Whalley firm Athertons.
A spokesman described the land as “a particularly valuable rural building plot.”
