Councillor complaints
A “NUMBER” of complaints have been levelled at councillors in Hyndburn, documents have revealed.
Council documents said: “A number of complaints had related to members in their private capacity and fell outside the scope of the Code of Conduct.
“[Jane Ellis] advised that members would be provided with refresher training on the procedure for dealing with complaints relating to breach of the Code Of Conduct.”
