A GARDEN at St Paul’s RC Primary School, in Blackburn, is starting to take shape. A spokesman said it was hoped it would be finished by Easter.
He said: “There will be a bug garden, wildflower meadow, shade sail and outdoor classroom, composting, fruit trees, flower and growing beds and pond dipping area.”
