Farm plans
ROBERT Sears, of Nigher Friar Hill Farm, in Green Haworth, Accrington, has applied for planning permission for a 50x20m riding area and winter turnout paddock at the farm.
The plans include a timber post and rail fencing, documents revealed.
Planning officers at the council will examine the application before making a decision.
