Lead stolen
POLICE are appealing for information after £5,000 of lead flashing was stolen from the roof of Whitworth Civic Hall.
It happened between Wednesday and Thursday at the building in Market Street, which is used by the Community Leisure Association of Whitworth.
A police spokesman said: “Anyone who has any information should contact the police.”
