Illegal sellers
TRADERS illegally selling goods outside shops in Accrington town centre have come to the attention of councillors.
The problem was raised during a recent meeting by Cllr June Harrison.
Regeneration and housing boss Cllr Clare Cleary said the activity was not permitted and would be brought to the county council’s attention of the county council, which is responsible for the pavement.
