£96k eco scheme
HYNDBURN has benefitted from £96,000-worth of Energy Companies Obligation (ECO) funding since November 2013.
The council launched its own bespoke Warm Home Hyndburn schemeto promote ways for households to cut bills.
193 energy efficiency measures were installed under the scheme, the council said.
